Janie Evans, of Mosheim, passed away Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Fort Sanders Regional Hospital in Knoxville, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her only grandchild, Jean-Luke Lane of White Pine, Tennessee; father Ira K. (Dick) Brooks of Morristown, Tennessee; grandparents, W.E. and Mary Harmon, Kyle (Tippy) Brooks, Silvas and Alice Evans, all of Greene County, Tennessee.

She is survived by her only child, Crystal Dawn Talley-Lane (Shawn), of White Pine, Tennessee; mother, Betty J. Brooks; brother, W. Kyle Brooks (Sharon) of Morristown; sister, Janice Evans of Debusk. Tennessee; tow neices,m one nephe,...

She was preceded in death by her only grandchild, Jean-Luke Lane of White Pine, Tennessee; father Ira K. (Dick) Brooks of Morristown, Tennessee; grandparents, W.E. and Mary Harmon, Kyle (Tippy) Brooks, Silvas and Alice Evans, all of Greene County, Tennessee.

She is survived by her only child, Crystal Dawn Talley-Lane (Shawn), of White Pine, Tennessee; mother, Betty J. Brooks; brother, W. Kyle Brooks (Sharon) of Morristown; sister, Janice Evans of Debusk. Tennessee; tow neices,m one nephe, several aunts, uncles, great-neices and nephews, and many cousins; a special friend, Richard Smith, and one very special aunt, Mary ann Busler of Midway, Tennessee.

The famly will receive friends in the Chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home in Morristown on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 from 6-8 P.M. A short memorial will be conducted during the visitation. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to any no kill animal rescue organization.
